1. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Orders for digital products or software downloads cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated or the product has been delivered via email/dashboard.

Services: For services like web hosting or consultancy, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the work has not yet started.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product is “Sold” or “Downloaded.” However, we provide refunds under the following specific conditions:

Non-delivery of Product: If you do not receive the download link or access within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical issue on our end.

Major Defects: If the software/plugin has a major defect or is not working as described, and our support team is unable to fix it within 7 working days.

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the second transaction.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:

You do not have the technical expertise to use the product.

The product is incompatible with your third-party software/server environment (please check compatibility before buying).
3. Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days.
